PowerPoint is the most popular presentation program which allows users to create, edit and show beautiful presentations with the help of slides. With the help of PPT one can communicate complex information in simple and interesting ways to keep the audience engaged. Developing presentation skills in the classroom is important for improving communication and creating positive learning experiences. This activity is definitely helpful to gain real-world skills such as the ability to present accomplishments and skills during a job interview. It also develops self confidence in students and helps to remove stage fear. Students of BCA I, II, III and PGDCA participated in the PPT Presentation Competition very actively and explained their respective topics using attractive slides. Total 14 students from all the classes participated in the competition. Time duration allotted to each presenter was 7 to 8 minutes with minimum of 6 slides and maximum 12. Students really worked very hard. Amongst all 14 participants, best 3 were awarded with mementos and certificates. Every presenter of these 14 students was able to set an example to other students and will act as inspiration for them in the future events.
Program ended with a thanks giving note by Mrs. M. Nitisha and an inspirational message by HOD, Mrs. Pooja Rathi.
